What You'll Walk Away With

  • Why knowing what to do was never actually the problem.

  • The eight interconnected systems that quietly decide whether change sticks.

  • Where you really are in the change process, and why that changes everything.

  • Why falling off before does NOT mean you don't have what it takes.

  • What it actually looks like to stop restarting and finally becoming who you want to be.

Who This Is For

You've tried eating better, moving more, sleeping better, managing stress, and it's worked, for a while. Maybe it's not even just your body, maybe it's a job or a business that's quietly draining you too. You're not looking for another 30-day challenge. You want to understand why it hasn't held so far, and what would actually make it stick this time.

A Little About Me

In early 2023, I ended up in the ER, then in the hospital for five days on IV antibiotics and steroids. Weeks of scans and bloodwork later, I was diagnosed with Crohn's. There was an abscess in my intestine. If the medication didn't work, surgery was next.

That was the moment the excuses ended.

I stopped looking for a pill to fix it and started looking at everything, what I was eating, how I was sleeping, how I was handling stress, all of it. I didn't do it alone either. I found a health coach, someone who wasn't family, wasn't a friend who already knew all my history, just someone who walked with me through it. That experience is the whole reason Partner in Change Coaching exists.

I'm not going to tell you life got easy after that. It didn't. I still live in a stressful environment. I still have hard days. But I'm not lost the way I was.

Around that same time, I became a certified health and wellness coach. And then I ended up doing something I never expected: I spent the next year and a half working with real estate agents, well over a hundred of them, on performance and accountability, nothing to do with health at all. The last ten months, I ran client success for the whole company. But the whole time, I kept seeing the same pattern I'd just lived myself. It was never really about the plan. It was about whether someone was actually in the right stage for it, and whether they had someone walking with them for the part where it gets hard.

That's the same thing I do now, I just turned it toward health. I built this session for the person who's exactly where I was: not in crisis yet, but not okay either, and ready to actually understand what's going on before it becomes an emergency.
